I was saddened to read about Kaye in the News-Gazette. My name is Jane Durrell and my maiden name was Woelfersheim. While my sincere sympathies are with the entire family, this is mostly for friend Joyce who, along with Kaye, was a good friend and neighbor in the 1940s. I lived down the street at 509 W. Healey, and Kaye and I did homework together at your kitchen table. I remember you both so well, and thought of you with the best of feelings. Please know that I wish we had crossed paths sometime in the last 70 years, and you would be welcome to come to visit me in Chesterfield, MO, (St. Louis) if you are in the area. My thoughts are with you all. Sincerely, Jane
