Condolences for Scott White

Cheryl (Epps) McNamara posted on 6/4/18

Growing up in Harrisonville, Scott was a kind leader and a gentle soul who touched many lives in a positive way. So happy to read that he continued to be a bright light in a sometimes dark world. His legacy of impacting others in a positive way and encouraging them to do more, go further and try new things will continue through all those whose life he touched. Praying for comfort and peace to all that mourn his passing.

Scott was a true luminary in composites, spectacularly inventive and visionary!

I went to school with Scott. Those of us that knew him always knew he would do great things and he did. Way way too young to be gone. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to his family and friends. He was one of the great ones.

So sorry to hear of the loss of Dr. White. I prepared graphics for him many times and he always helped push the graphics to be better, more clear and illustrative of the scientific concepts. It was always challenging, inspiring and pleasant working with him. He will be missed by his colleagues, students and friends.

So sorry for your loss. Knew Scott for many years growing up in Harrisonville. He was always so nice. Took dance lessons from his mom for 10 years. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

My sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one.   Find strength and comfort from God.  At  2 Corinthians  1:3, 4  it describes God as "the God of all comfort who comfort us in all our trials".  This promise assures the family that by turning to God you can receive help during this difficult time.  The  bible also promises that soon death will be no more Revelation 21:3, 4  and the hope of a resurrection John 5:28, 29.
