It’s been a long time but nothing erases the fond and fun memories that we have of Bill Sargent, Pat, and the girls. So sorry to read of Bill’s passing. Love still after all this time.

Pat I just read of Bill’s death In the Arcola paper. I just wanted to extend my sympathy to you and the girls. I know I haven’t seen you for a long time but in the past when I was in high school Mary Lynn and I saw you guys often.

I had Bill as principal in grade school & had great respect for him as a teacher and a man. Had the pleasure to fish with him @ Bennett Springs with Bobber VanCleave. What a master flyfisherman he was and a great role model. He will be missed!

I was saddened to hear of Bill's passing and I would like to express my sincere condolences to his family. Bill hired me, fresh out of college to teach at the brand new East Prairie School in 1969 and while I only there eight years, they were some of the best in my life. I carried his guidance and wisdom with me long after leaving Tuscola. He was a great man to know and I am certain that Heaven has a well- stocked trout stream! God bless you!
